The Briconord Group is an alliance of six companies with expertise in the DIY sector, each with its own history and specialities.


Nordlinger Pro designs and distributes edgebanding, wood veneers, adhesive coatings, plastic profiles, credenzas, hood bottoms, jambs, kitchen fittings, partition nosings, skirting boards, panelling clips, furniture assembly systems, trestles, animal gates, child safety gates, home safety accessories. The company’s main customers are large DIY stores and the materials trade.
In the early 1930s, Leo Nordlinger set up a wood veneer and edgebanding company. In 1950, the company BRICONORD was officially born, whose most emblematic brand is Nordlinger Pro.
In 1979, Michel Nordlinger, his son, took over the business, which was exported internationally. Leader in the field, 70% of the production is exported to 80 countries. The family adventure continues until 2011 when the company and its brands are sold to Evolem.
In 2015, Christian Guillou, accompanied by Amundi and Société Générale, took over the company. The company diversifies its activity in the world of panels, kitchen, floor and wall, home security and tools.
Our products, which are geared towards the world of furniture, panels and home furnishings, have been designed to meet the high technical requirements of manufacturers, professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Mac Lean Products designs and distributes skirting boards, underlay, parquet installation accessories, metal joining systems, home safety barriers, floor protection felts and insulation panels. The company mainly targets private consumers through DIY stores and building and interior design professionals via the trade.
The company Mac Lean (originally a Scottish surname) was established in Rotterdam as a trader in wood and veneer. Mac Lean supplied the shipyards in and around Rotterdam. Sales to the retail trade soon followed. The company’s sales grew strongly in line with the growth of the retail trade. In the 2000s, we moved our offices to the industrial estate in Moerdijk, in the heart of our most important market: the Benelux.
We are recognised as a manufacturer and supplier to the DIY sector in the areas of flooring, wood, home furnishings and building materials in Europe and North America.
Underlay, skirting and accessories together form an important pillar of our current range. In close cooperation with the NMC-Selit group, Mac Lean Products is the market leader in floor underlay in the Benelux. Both DIY stores and professional traders consider Mac Lean to be a unique and reliable partner with the motto “home of ideas”. The innovative customisation of the products and assortments has resulted in many beautiful ideas and close collaborations.



Interges designs and distributes furniture hardware, wardrobes, bases, wheels, castors, rolling supports, cleats, racks, light racks, wall brackets, coat hooks, consoles, child safety accessories, roller shutter accessories, sliding rails, door and window cremone bolts, hooks, tips, glides, knobs and handles. Our main customers are DIY stores through the Cime brand.
In 1946, a cabinetmaker created LORRAINE INDUSTRIE, which supplied all the accessories needed to make furniture, except for the wood, to manufacturers in the region. The Cime brand was created in 1964 and became a key player in the French market. The company is very quickly recognized for its professionalism in the world of the furniture manufacturers and it is in 1966 that LORRAINE INDUSTRIE becomes EUROPE INDUSTRIE.
In 1981, INTERGESTION was born, a new structure that brought together the activities of three sales departments (EUROPE INDUSTRIE, CIME, VOTRE AGENCEMENT). In 2006, INTERGESTION received the support of financial shareholders to continue its development. Successive external growths made the Lorrain group a leader in the DIY market, employing 500 people.
In 2010, after three eventful years, the family holding company CDE Blangis in Cateau-Cambrésis (Nord) took over the distribution of hardware for furniture and shop fittings. INTERGESTION then becomes INTERGES.COM
INTERGES has been able to maintain the confidence of its clients through its commitments and skills.



Norail designs and distributes screws, bolts, nails, nuts and bolts, stainless steel, fasteners, building and furniture hardware, ropes and chains, wheels and castors. Our main customers are the materials stores, the agricultural self-service, the food supermarkets, the DIY supermarkets and the hardware stores, whose final target is the craftsmen carpenters, joiners, fitters, landscapers, general works companies, self-employed workers, community maintenance services and DIYers.
A reference player in the hardware sector for more than 50 years, Norail’s strength lies in its ability to develop and propose a wide and in-depth range of hardware products by keeping a close watch on the expectations of building sites and shops. The voluntary spirit that has supported and driven the development of activities since the creation of Norail has enabled the company to consolidate its market positions. Located in Cateau – Cambrésis, the Norail site is based on the history and values of Northern France.
For building professionals and do-it-yourselfers, Norail offers a range of hardware products for large-scale projects and simple indoor and outdoor work. Thousands of items for screwing, fixing, hanging, sliding, rolling, hanging, fastening in all sizes and diameters.

CQFD is a French company with an international focus that has been operating in the DIY and building materials market for over 50 years. Our business is to design, manufacture and market solutions for home improvement, renovation and decoration.
Originally a dealer in decommissioned steel tubes, 1969 marked the start of the company’s current activity, based on an original idea: to make 2-metre profiles available to DIY enthusiasts through DIY stores. In 2000, a new building in Saint Laurent d’Agny improved customer service, working conditions and site productivity. The international team was also strengthened. In 2018, Louis Moulin, a French manufacturer specialising in garden design and decoration, became a subsidiary of CQFD. An extension to the current building was then necessary to accommodate the two companies on 16,000 m².



Scell-it designs and markets fastening solutions tailored to professionals in the construction and industrial sectors, as well as DIY enthusiasts. Its product range includes mechanical and chemical fasteners, blind rivets, crimp nuts, self-drilling screws, specific fasteners for carpentry, roofing, electrical and plumbing work, and a complete range of installation tools. Its products are distributed through industrial supply channels, hardware stores and DIY superstores.
Founded over 35 years ago, Scell-it has established itself as a key player in the fastening industry. A French family-owned company, its head office is located in Lesquin, near Lille. Through its subsidiary Scell-it Diffusion, based near Chambéry, the company has structured its business to meet the specific needs of both professional and consumer markets.
